Mertay Makina designs and manufactures custom machinery, semi-automatic systems, process equipment, and operator-assisted production solutions tailored to specific manufacturing processes.

Each project is developed according to the product geometry, process flow, cycle time, operator use, occupational safety, quality control requirements, and maintenance access. From design and manufacturing to assembly and commissioning, all processes are managed within our own engineering and production infrastructure.

Project-Based Design

In custom machinery manufacturing, we do not follow a standard product approach. Instead, we develop system designs according to the customer’s production requirements. Part positioning, process sequence, operator ergonomics, machine safety, ease of maintenance, and production efficiency are evaluated together during the design phase.

Mechanical, Automation, and Control Integration

The machines we manufacture can be integrated with PLC, HMI, sensors, cameras, pneumatic systems, barcode/DMC reading, test equipment, and reporting infrastructure. This makes the production process more controlled, repeatable, and traceable.
