Mertay Makina is an engineering and manufacturing company based in Bursa, Türkiye, operating since 2007 in custom machinery manufacturing, fixtures, CNC machining, welded fabrication, automation, assembly lines, PVD metallization, and additive manufacturing.

We do not approach our customers’ production needs only as part or equipment manufacturing. We evaluate product geometry, process conditions, quality expectations, and delivery requirements together, and develop project-based solutions accordingly.

Engineering and Manufacturing Under One Roof

We manage mechanical design, machining, welded fabrication, assembly, automation, and quality control processes within our own organization. This structure enables more controlled project execution and faster technical communication.

We provide custom solutions for custom machinery, fixtures, workstations, conveyor systems, assembly lines, CNC-machined parts, welded structures, PVD process equipment, and 3D printing requirements.

Quality and Traceability

We approach quality from the very beginning of each project, not only at the final inspection stage. Technical drawings, materials, manufacturing methods, measurement requirements, and customer expectations are evaluated before production begins.

We support our manufacturing processes with CMM measurement, in-process control, final quality control, inspection reports, material certificates, and project-based documentation.
